Organically grown in peak condition

Organically grown means that we never use chemical fertilizers or pesticides on our fields or plants. It also means that we follow a strict regiment of working organic material back into the soil to keep the fields in peak growing condition. Our fields are irrigated with natural water sources as needed. We constantly check our fields watching the maturity, leaf size, root length, color, etc. of the plants and harvest the root at the prime time in the third year.
